With Labor Day marked as the unofficial end of summer, we totally get it if you plan to incorporate some boozy goodness into your festivities. Sure, any affordable cocktail will do, but nothing screams warm weather more than frosty treats with a refreshing buzz. Especially if your goals include the outdoors and your crew.

Keep cool with one or more of these nine boozy delights.

1. Passoã Popsicles

Passoã

If you’re a fan of triple sec, you’ll swoon over the passion fruit liqueur featured in these sweet and slightly tart popsicles. With each lick, allow fresh raspberries to enlighten your taste buds, while lime slices deliver an unexpected punch. Overall vibe? Tangy yet refreshing.

In a small saucepan, combine 1.5 cups red wine, .5 cup Passoã, and 2 tbsp sugar. Heat on low until sugar dissolves, then immediately remove pan from flame. Once cool, stir in 1 cup pomegranate juice and set mixture aside. Divide 1 cup fresh raspberries and lime slices and evenly fill 4 popsicle molds. Follow with saucepan mixture, then freeze overnight.

2. Reyka Ice Shot

Reyka Vodka

Chilled glass meets next level with the Reyka Ice Shot Maker, the shot glass mold that accompanies the newest Reyka Vodka bottle design, featuring an orange label and matching cap. Just pop off the top, fill the mold with water, and freeze like you would an ice cube. Once you’re ready to shoot — ahem, serve — your shot, remove the shot glass-shaped cube from the mold and fill it with your booze of choice.

3. Weight Watchers Reimagined Frozen Mudslide Shooters

If a frozen shot glass doesn’t meet your level of chill, give these frozen shooters a go. Ice cream bars, coffee liqueur, and vodka come together to create this decadent bev that doubles as dessert for a party of 16.

Drizzle 2 tsp chocolate syrup in each shot glass (chilled overnight), then place back into the freezer for 3 to 5 minutes for syrup to slightly harden. While glasses are chilling, add 3 oz 63-proof coffee liqueur, 1 oz vodka, 1 WW snack-size chocolate fudge ice cream bar, and 1.5 cups ice cubes to a blender. Blend until smooth. Remove shooters from the freezer and pour mixture into each glass.

4. Kelvin Slush Co.Frosé Blanc®

Frozen wine
Kelvin Slush Co.

If you have yet to experience the extravagance that is frozen wine, let us introduce you to this white wine slush that can be crafted in a blender and is ideal for afternoon sipping. Its star ingredient Frosé Blanc® Slush Mix, a combo of citrus and tropical juices like passion fruit and guava, delicately enhances the unique notes that are sauvignon blanc to create the ultimate adult bev.

In a blender, combine 2 oz Kelvin Frosé Blanc® Slush Mix, 3.5 oz sauvignon blanc, .5 oz gin, and 2 cups ice. Blend until slush-like.

Kahlúa coffee slushie
Kahlúa

Whether you’re looking for a nightcap or to spruce up your morning cup o’ Joe, this coffee quickie delivers the caffeine you require in a cocktail that keeps you chill. Unlike most frozen coffees, this recipe replaces ice cubes with cold brew cubes, which means a bev that will never water down.

Fill ⅔ of an ice cube tray with 1 cup cold brew coffee of your choice and the remaining ⅓ with .5 cups of your preferred milk (you can also nix milk altogether for a more intense flavor). Freeze until solid, or for at least 4 hours. Blend cubes and 3 parts Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur into a blender until cubes are crushed but not smooth. Using a spoon, scoop slushie into two cocktail glasses.

6. Baskin-Robbins Rainbow Sherbet Pink Lemonade

Sherbet cocktail
Baskin-Robbins

Your favorite childhood treat is now served in adult form, thanks to Baskin-Robbins' chef Nikki McKinnell, who created this magical sherbet cocktail with Limenciollo, white rum, and a forever favorite pink lemonade mix. We dare you to find another mixture that matches this sweet, tangy, and refreshing taste of nostalgia.

Combine 2 cups instant pink lemonade mix and 2.6 quarts water in a pitcher, followed by 21 oz white rum and 21 oz Limenciollo. In a 12 oz glass, add one scoop Baskin-Robbins Rainbow Sherbet, then top with 8 oz hard lemonade. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

7. Ben & Jerry’s Orange Dream Beer Milkshake

For beer lovers, this orange creamsicle milkshake is actually a dream. Think light and refreshing, yet rich and creamy. Not to mention, super easy to whip up on short notice.

Combine 4 oz hefeweizen beer, 2 oz orange liqueur, and 1 pint Ben & Jerry's Vanilla ice cream in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a glass and garnish with an orange wheel.

Chocolate chip ice cream sandwich
BUZZBAR®

However you imagine the best ice cream sandwich of your life, this is better — bourbon-infused goodness packaged in another sweet, childhood favorite. Pair with a shot of top-shelf bourbon or cognac to heighten the flavor of the bourbon ice cream, and you’ll never again imagine this dessert without the BUZZ[BAR®].

Add two scoops BUZZBAR® Bourbon St. Chocolate or BUZZBAR® Vanilla Daze between two of your fave cookies. Pair with 1 oz shot top shelf bourbon or cognac.

Seven Year Storm frozen cocktail
Kraken

When you want to keep it simple, sit back with this Kraken variation of a true frozen classic. Lime, orange, and pineapple juices join dark rum for island vibes all around.

Add 2 parts Kraken® Black Label, ½ part lime juice, 1 part orange juice, 1 part pineapple juice, ¾ part grenadine, ¾ part passion fruit purée, and 1 ½ parts water into the basin of a frozen drink machine. Serve once frozen with fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry as garnish.
